In this experiment, you will discover how the water temperature in which tadpoles live affects how fast they grow and become adult frogs. Tadpoles are the larval form of frogs. They hatch from eggs laid by a female frog. Tadpoles live in the water and breathe through gills, but when they become frogs or toads, they breathe air and live mostly on land.
