Does teen dating really mean anything? Does it ever amount to anything more than a bad breakup?
teen realtionships dont necessarly mean its only going to end bad, just that most of them do. as long as your actually in the relationship for the right reaons not just because your friends got a partner or because everyone else is doing it, then theres no reason why teen relationships cant be forever, most of my family including my mother and father have only ever been with each other and met at a very young age, and that beacuse they werent concerned with sexual matters but with just being together, i think that most teenagers think that all a relationship is for is fun and sex, but if your with some one that actually cares about you and not what happens in the bedroom then its a good start.
Teen dating can be a good way to learn about relationships and how to relate to other people. And the break-ups don’t have to be bad. But teen dating should be teens dating teens. Teens dating adults can result in those teens having a warped sense of relationships, especially if that adult is dating a teenager because they prefer to control the relationship. A relationship like that can affect the way those teens handle relationships when they are older.
