Yes. The TDL vision of platform-independent modeling of hard real-time behavior corresponds to the AUTOSAR vision of platform-independent modeling. In fact, TDL is the only technology that adequately abstracts from the potentially distributed platform so that TDL is significantly ahead of the current AUTOSAR specification and tool implementations which lack abstractions for an explicit and appropriate description of the timing behavior.
