Does TDEC give grants or rebates to companies that use waste tires?

0

One time Innovative Technology grants, which required a 50% match, were provided in previous years to three Tennessee companies who process waste tires: Signal Mountain Cement Company for equipment to burn whole tires in a kiln. Bowater Company for modifying boilers to use tdf in paper production. Quest Recycling for equipment to produce tdf and crumb rubber products. Cemex for equipment to burn whole tires in a cement kiln. TDEC does not currently provide grants, rebates, or loans to tire recyclers or end users.
