I believe Taylor Publishing is a brand now part of Balfour Publishing and yes the brand does Cruise Books and overall Cruise Book publishing services. If you want to contact them about their military cruise book or yearbook services they currently have an email address of yearbooks@balfour.com

They do everything you need to produce one including photography, design, gathering content, and actual publishing and delivery.
