A. No. TalkBack sends only design meta-data, including information such as logic element (LE) count, compilation time, memory utilization, constraint data, EDA tools used, and clock information. You can view the XML files (sent_tb2_talkback.xml) stored in the TEMP folder for the information that Altera receives.
