Does taking protein powder daily helps cutting down on ligament tears while exercising?
No it doesn’t. Protiend powder helps rebuild muscle tears after your work out, and supposedly increases healing time. Everytime you work out your tearing you muscle so that it can grow and adapt to the stress that you are putting on your body. Ligament tears are something totally different and if you are getting a lot of frequent tears then either you have previous injuries that you are not letting heal correctly or you are doing your workout wrong. If you truely believe that it is the ligaments being torn then maybe you should go to your doc and get it checked out.
