A> Yes, selectively. For example: prior year student awards, team rosters, events, activities and coach assignments are normally kept in the database, but bus trips are not. Any data can be purged by the user if so desired. In addition, at the end of a given year, it is recommended that a “file copy” of the then-current Tadds be made for future reference use (as in for 25-year reunions, etc.
