Does Tadds allow me to reschedule events and their service requests?
A> Yes, events can be cancelled and optionally rescheduled to a subsequent date and time. If the cancelled (old) event has outstanding service requests (officials, custodians, security, medical, …) an option is provided to automatically generate corresponding service requests for the new event. A special “switch form” is provided to make it easy to view (and modify) the old/new events and service requests. In addition, a special “to-do list” can be displayed that shows the cancelled event’s service requests, their providers, and the phone/fax numbers of the providers. This facilitates contacting the service providers in the case of last-minute cancellations.
