We have tried and have seen SystemC programs compile and run on C++ (with SystemC libraries installed) with Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET but did not try it on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. But if you follow instructions for the previous versions, it should not have any problem.
