Does Switzerland accept Euros or must I buy Swiss Francs for my trip there?

The Swiss will take Euros but will give you change in Swiss Francs. London will not accept Euros. Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris all take the Euro. When I visit Europe I find it easier to put most charges on a credit card as the exchange rate is usually better then the exchange kiosks you find at the airport and in the city.
