Does Superior Controls have engineers who specialize in doing parts of each project, and if so, will I have to coordinate with multiple people?
Each project has a single project manager who is responsible for all aspects of the project throughout its life cycle. The project manager is assigned to the project from the start and meets with the client during the project kick off meeting. Other engineers may work on the project, but the project manager remains on the project until its completion, including start-up support.
