Does SupaGlass scratch, mark or need special care?

No. SupaGlass has a very tough scratch resistant coating. Needless to say however, care is needed to ensure that razor sharp objects ( like diamonds) or those capable of normally marking glass don’t come into contact. Any decent glass cleaner will suffice.
