Yes, Sunflower Broadband offers a Lifeline assistance program for qualifying individuals. Customers are eligible if they receive any of the following services: Food Stamps General Assistance Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Temporary Assistance to Families Medicaid United Tribes Food Distribution Program BIA General Assistance Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Head Start (Only those meeting its income qualifying standard_ Free School Lunch Program You may download an application and mail it in, come to our office to pick up an application or call our Customer Service Department to have one mailed to you. You will need to attach proof of participation in at least one of the above mentioned programs to be eligible for Lifeline assistance.
