“Strategy plays a part at Texas because the track eats your tires up. I know that last year the Cup and Busch cars would have to be kind of conservative on the tires. I’m sure they’re going to bring a harder tire there this year for the trucks. But yeah you have to be cool – you have to just sit back and wait for your time. And if you have the quickest truck, you can get out in front and lead, but at the same time you don’t want to get too far out there and take a chance on blowing a right front tire.
