Does STORE facilitate the printing and mailing of invoices to those tenants that require a monthly invoice?
A Yes. Centershift STORE can be configured to offer your tenants a variety of invoicing options. Individual and business tenants can elect whether to receive a monthly invoice, and how they would like to receive it – USPS, email or both. You also have the option of determining which customer types, if any, get charged a billing fee. As stated in Operations above, Centershift has contracted with a bulk mailing service to automatically generate, fold, stuff, and mail (at pre-sort, first class rates) all of your sites’ mail correspondence, including invoices, welcome letters, rate change letters, late notices, etc. This is an optional additional service offered by Centershift whereby our customers can achieve significant time and cost savings.
