Does sterling Silver change color?
Silver will tarnish over time and turn black. If you don’t have any silver polish and you need to clean and shine silver jewelry right away, you can clean the ‘black’ off by rubbing the ring with paste toothpaste (not gel) on a soft toothbrush or rag.
