Does Step 1 Credit dispute all negative items on my credit report?
No. Federal Law requires that all disputes be submitted in good faith. Our process is fully compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The client selects the item(s) that they feel qualify to be disputed. Those items can be negative or positive; the client always selects the items to be disputed.
