DOES STARCOMMS PLC PAY DIVIDENDS?
Until such time as Starcomms acquires distributable reserves, the Company will retain any future profits for investing in the growth and expansion of its business. When Starcomms has reached a position of having distributable reserves, it is currently anticipated that the Board of the Company will consider recommending the payment of dividends , but only after due and careful consideration of the Company’s funding requirements in respect of network quality, services and growth, and adequate provision having been made in respect of those requirements. Note: Payments to Holders of dividends or other distributions made to Holders on or in respect of the Deposited Shares are subject to deduction of any applicable Nigerian withholding and/or other taxes, at the applicable rates.
