Yes, if customers require assistance when implementing security best practices, they can contact Squirrel Systems or an authorized Squirrel Reseller directly. The customer will be provided with a services rate sheet upon request. Squirrel Systems Best Practices Security Guideline document can be referred to for support as it has been reviewed by our PCI assessors. Again, only the PCI-SSC or the PCI assessor can verify if the merchant is PCI compliant so after the Merchant believes they have all the components in place, they can complete and present the applicable SAQ and the security scan to their credit card processor for approval.
