Does Sprint PCS Support victims of September 11th?

I have in the past expressed concerns and the company has responded promptly. September 11, 2001, was devastating to this country and all businesses have made efforts to deal with clients who were effected by the event financially. I know because I am a flight attendant who has contacted all creditors and is trying to continue making payments as reasonably as possible. Initially I made payment arrangements through a supervisor. On October 20,2001, my service was interrupted I paid the agreed amount and my service was not restored. When I spoke to another supervisor, she told me no more considerations would be given me…regardless of the situation. On October 25, my service was once again interrupted.
