Does Sprinkles accept returns?
You may return any un-customized merchandise in good, re-sellable condition within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt. We can offer a refund or exchange for the items. Please send returns to: Sprinkles Designs 9898 Monroe Drive Dallas, TX 75220 Please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for return and whether or not you would like a replacement or refund. Postage is not refunded. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. You will receive an email letting you know we have received your merchandise as well as a printed refund or exchange document via email.
