Does SpreadsheetWEB convert my spreadsheet into a proprietary format?

No. SpreadsheetWEB keeps your file in Microsoft Excel (.xls or .xlsx) format. It doesn’t create any additional files either. It stores its own code in the same Microsoft Excel file. When you upload the spreadsheet the server side application uses the embedded code to convert the spreadsheet into a dynamic web-page.
