Does SpoolMate allow you to easily make reports go to a group of users?
Yes, SpoolMate’s allows reports to be sent to a distribution list, which is comprised of a group of users. For example, the monthly sales report is supposed to create a copy for every sales person. As new sales people join the company and other’s leave, just updating the SALES distribution list, will keep the correct quantity of reports printing each month. Optionally, each copy of the report will have one of the sales person’s names on the banner to make it easy to distribute each report. The individual copies can print on different printers to facilitate quick delivery.
