Does Split Rock offer wireless internet access?
Wireless internet access is provided throughout the Galleria and Willowbrook buildings and in the lobby of the Lodge. • Are pets allowed at Split Rock? Pets are not permitted on property. • Is smoking allowed at Split Rock? Smoking is allowed only in certain rooms and outside the facility. • Does the Resort have quiet hours? Quiet hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., but we ask that all guests are courteous to other guest during their stay • Is a credit card required at check in even if my suite has been pre-paid? A credit card is required at check in to cover incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay. At check in, your credit card will be authorized to cover the cost of additional nights and $50.00 per night for incidentals • Does the Resort accept Debit Cards? The Resort does accept Debit Cards, and an authorization will be held against your card. Even though the authorization is released at check out, it may take your bank up to 10 business days to release the hold.
