In order to prevent split ends, and in order for your hair to GROW, you MUST trim your hair every few weeks. I have had long, strong, beautiful hair for over 15 years now. It’s all because I CUT my hair every few weeks! When you have split ends, your hair splits even MORE when you let it go and do not cut it. The hair keeps splitting and splitting, and there’s nothing worse than someone who has long hair that looks ratty.
