Does Spelman offer any summer programs?
Spelman offers the Prefreshman Summer Science Program to admitted students interested in a career in the health professions prior to their first year at Spelman. The six-week long program is designed to strengthen study and performance in mathematics, library research, problem solving, biology, computer science, chemistry, and quantitative analysis. The Summer Science and Engineering Program is designed for first year students with an interest in majoring in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, or chemistry, and who intend to pursue a career in a scientific or technical field.
