A. Recycling bins and lids are issued at Town Hall when a customer requests water service. Customers can request a second bin for a $6 fee, and a second lid for $4. When the water account is closed, the recycling bins stay with the home. Residents can place recycling bins at curbside once a week. Please visit the Public Works website to view the zoning map to determine which day your recycling will be collected. Q.
