If you are currently running the SourceForge Download Edition with more than 15 users, then changing the IP address of the server will affect the validity of the license key. You’ll need to get the new IP address of the license key, and have support or engineering generate a new one. However, if the user is running an Enterprise version of SourceForge, then there are no licensing restrictions or limitations built into the product.
