Looking for a website developer for a small non-profit. Seeking a well designed construction (actually two related websites) with an engine for loading new content. They’ve already gone down the road of the discovery process to flowchart the architecture, and now need to bid this out. Client is based in Connecticut, but development can occur anywhere.
