Ultimately, No, Stands to reason, if all are equal then why the dissent? Socialism is designed, nay deigned, to silence protest It is worse than fascism/communism in that it achieves the same result but at your request, aka, “you gets what you voted for”. Socialism is a political myth, society by it’s very nature is hierarchical, the “haves” will make sure the “have nots” are subservient and productive. How else will they maintain their position and increase their wealth? This is not an anti-capitalist rant, we need the greedy “haves” to provide us with employment. Where the dichotomy lies is, it is simply not enough to engage our labour, they have to tell us how to spend our “largesse”, be acquiescent to “their” rule, do as we are told, submit ourselves to silence, increasing surveillance, lack of privacy, all in the name of a terrorist/global threat that has been manufactured and projected by them in order to control us.
