Smudge-proof does not necessarily mean water-proof. This is why they have: Regular Smudge Proof Water Resistant etc If I remember correctly, they even have Smudge proof water resistant brands.

Smudgeproof just means that it won’t budge or smear but that doesn’t necessarily mean its waterproof. I don’t think its waterproof but that doesn’t mean it won’t last long either. Plus don’t listen to the person above commenting how much you spent on the eyeliner! Its upto you how much you want to spend. I have the liquidlast liner by MAC and its really good too.
