Does SmrtGuard Pro backup all of my emails?
SmrtGuard Pro for BlackBerry smartphones only backs up the 50 most recent emails for EACH inbox on your device. So let’s say you have 3 inboxes, SmrtGuard will backup a total of 150 emails (50 most recent emails per inbox). The reason we do this is because we realize that all of your emails are probably stored on a separate email server(work email, gmail, etc) but in the event of getting a new/replacement phone, you will want quick access to your most recent emails. Currently, SmrtGuard Pro for Android does not backup emails, but it is a feature we are working on.
