Yes. For all new domain requests, Smartweb will submit the request to InterNIC. For transferring of domains, Smartweb will submit the transfer request. If there is an error on either request form, InterNIC will contact you. It is up to you to either correct the problem and resubmit the request, or correct the problem and send the request to Smartweb, in return Smartweb will resubmit the request.
