Yes. You will need a picture (MMS) compatible phone. You will need to select a Smart Rate plan that includes picture messaging. To send a picture message you will dial the area code + number. You may receive an error when attempting to send a picture to someone that does not have picture messaging as part of their service. Click here for DIY troubleshooting.
