Does SMART also administer the Aboriginal Health Initiative Program (AHIP)?

The Aboriginal Health Initiative Program (AHIP) is currently administered by SMART and has it’s own dedicated website at www.vch.ca/AHIP. The SMART Fund also currently supports 5 general aboriginal SMART projects and 3 aboriginal Chronic Disease Self Management projects.
