Does slender tone belts work ?
I have had 3 different slender tone pads and belts, but have never used any of them long enough to see any results .The only thing I know is that they are used in hospitals to help patients strengthen their muscles and operations or after they have had plaster on . edit Sorry but I slightly dissagree with the Dr , after asking around the slender tone does have some benefits . I did have a Dr once that told me to stick to 1000 calories aday to lose weight even if they were made up of 4 gin and tonics , since then I tend to question what im told .
