Skipping and jumping really helps but that needs to be followed by a routine practise which needs to be religiously practised… at least for a couple of months.. One more way of reducing belly fat is that you should drink loads and loads of water every morning and yeah if possible the whole day.. and should avoid heavy protein diet!! If you keep eating heavy diet you will never ever lose that belly hanging!!
