Only indirectly. If you have existing web content trapped in one of those systems, you can copy the part of a page that lies between the BODY…/BODY tags into a text component in a Sitemaker page, being mindful of relative links that may not be the same. Platform-specific features of proprietary systems (so-called “extensions’) are not generally transferable.
