The university pack is an expansion. It goes with the original sims two. You use the University CD to play. What it does is give you the ability to go to college. Your sims now instead of just transitioning from teen to adult have the option to transition to “young adult” and go to college. Playing in a college lot is like playing in a regular lot except your sims will have to complete assignments that take a little longer than regular homework. You can choose their majors too, and what they study. You also can create sororities and Fraternities. It’s really fun and adds something to the game, but ti takes up a lot of space. There really is no plot to speak of, you never “beat” the game. But it does take awhile depending on how often you are playing to get a sim to graduate from college.
