We offer a 30-day money back guarantee when you purchase your first SimpleHost hosting account. If during your first 30 days you decide to terminate your hosting account, SimpleHost will refund all fees paid towards your base hosting product (including setup fee), with the exception of optional add-ons. Annual hosting commitments are excluded from this offer.
