Does Sillworks offer a money back guarantee?
On most items you can get a refund in the first 30 days. The exception being HP/Compaq Factory Refurbished product for which there are no refunds. The manufacturers warranty process must be followed. If the wrong product has been delivered Factory Refurbished product can be exchanged. Other exceptions may be noted on our website. Generally a 15% restocking fee will apply to non defective returned goods that are not exchanged for another product. Shipping costs are generally not refundable.
