SIIT is not based on a ‘credit hour’ system and therefore registration for the course neither requires that you attain any number of prerequisite credits nor does it provide any basis of attained credits. The SIIT Course is non-credit based. UH students may take a 499 (Directed Reading) course at the same time if they wish to get credit for these courses.
