Does Siemens have a share option plan?
As of September 30, 2010 there was one stock option plan of the year 2001 still in place due to a related vesting period, however the authority to distribute options under the 2001 Siemens Stock Option Plan expired on December 13, 2006. As of September 30, 2010 we had outstanding options exercisable for 935,432 shares subject to the terms of the above mentioned option plan. At December 18, 2010 the vesting period of this plan expired. As of December 19, 2010 we have no current stock option plan in place and we have no outstanding options.
