If the update server is shutdown (either manually or through a program fault) the following will still occur: • Agents are able to log on to the campaign from Scripter Client. • Dialer started placing calls. • The Update Server being shut down does not directly stop Dialer. • Dialer will stop when it exhausts its call cache and no new calls are placed on the queue. Note: The calls will not be placed on the queue because the Update Server is not running.
