Shortlister does not interview or pre-screen Bidders and does not make any recommendations on specific Bidders. In addition, Shortlister does not represent or warrant as to the Bidders performance on any past or future project. Currently, we are not designed to interface with a user rating system but we are currently establishing that functionality and hope to have that available shortly.
