Shopten-four.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise that is defective due to manufacuturing. We will split the shipping cost with you. After you have obtained a Return Authoraztion form our customer service department, you pay to ship the defective merchandise back to us and we will repair or replace the item at our option and return it to you at no cost.
