Does Shiloh Street have a “brick & mortar” office for agents to use?

One of the main reasons we’re able to offer the compensation plan that we do is because we keep our company overhead to a minimum. That means we don’t have a central office for agents to come to (although we do have an office at 5400 Carillon Point, Building 5000, Kirkland, WA 98033 for administrative purposes only and not for agent use). All of our agents work remotely from their home offices or they can choose to rent office space if they desire. Most experienced, successful agents are out in the field or already work from a home office. They’re not in the office chatting it up and eating donuts, which is what happens in most traditional real estate offices.
