Yes, all Sheer encoders and decoders support all uncompressed Standard Definition video resolutions, including NTSC, which is around 640 to 720 by 480 to 486 p/f (pixels per frame) at around 29.97 or 30 f/s (frames per second) as well as PAL and SÉCAM, which are around 720 x 576 p/f at 25 f/s. The exact number of visible scanlines per frame and especially of visible pixels per scanline varies quite a bit among different implementations of SD, depending on the vertical and horizontal blanking interval as well as on the horizontal sampling frequency.
