Does Shatavari Work?
Red flags were first flashed when we read that Shatavari contained an ingredient called “Asparagus Racemosus” or as it’s more commonly known: asparagus. Yes, that’s right, this isn’t a joke. In order to be fair, we went into the whole thing willing to believe that asparagus was a terrific aphrodisiac but according to the reviews and research we did on the product as a whole – it’s not. Not only are many of the reviews poor but sales of the product have dropped significantly after it was first release to much hubbub early last year. Although the products origin is India and is from a manufacturer by the name of Bazaar of India – who actually has a well-respected reputation – apparently sexual supplements just aren’t their forte. They should stick to just herbal products that they’ve been selling over the years as Shatavari, while surely noble in its intent, just does not have what it takes to succeed within this industry.
